Measurement and Verification
A major national wireless network provider requested measurement and verification services for lighting circuits at multiple New Jersey facilities feeding newly installed LED lighting systems.
- Collaborated with approved electrical contractors to designate lighting circuits and install power loggers.
- Collected kW and kWh data on a 15-minute interval for 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after the fluorescent lighting replacement project.
- Processed data and provided reports with calculated energy savings for over 20 Verizon sites.
TNE installed power loggers on lighting circuits in order to record energy consumption pre and post LED lighting installation to quantify energy savings from the original fluorescent lighting and capitalize local utility program incentives and prescriptive rebates.
